RESEARCH & INNOVATION - RESEARCH OPERATIONS
Main Goal
The aim of the Administrative Assistant and HR Relay position is to support the Research Center Manager in administrative management and to assist the Building 7 teams on a day-to-day basis, in particular with the management of seasonal workers, as a relay for the site's HR services.
Job description
The main tasks are as follows:
- Management of seasonal contracts for the CRC site, including before, during and after.
- Administrative support for Building 7 teams
- Help with the use of the various IT tools available (Time Management tool, Expense reports, Invoicing, etc.).
- Place various orders (consumables, etc.)
- Liaising with the accounting department
- Support for shipping/receiving work, in close collaboration with the transport department in case of overload, but on an occasional basis.

Recruitment process
Our recruitment process consists of several stages:
- the first consists of a pre-screening of applications by Jérémy, our Talent Acquisition Manager, accompanied by future manager Eric, to establish a shortlist of candidates for audition. A telephone pre-qualification may be carried out.
- A first interview is organized with the future manager.
- A second HR interview follows shortly afterwards.
Finally, feedback is given to the candidates. Various tests may also be considered (language, personality, etc.).
