Set up, evaluate and communicate trials of HM.CLAUSE products within a defined area during the development phase and contribute to the pre-commercial phase and new product launch. Provide the technical expertise and product knowledge required both internally and externally along the product life cycle.
In accordance with the Sales policy & Guidelines:
CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE
- Contribute to the customer needs intelligence.
- Describe market needs ; maintain and update a market intelligence database for the area and anticipate market trends.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Design the local trial plan, including sample needs, timing and standard/check varierties.
- Set up and evaluate trials.
- Write trials synthesis and reports, and submit a trial plan synthesis.
- Propose the varieties advancement/stop/retry.
COMMUNICATION, PROMOTION & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Support the Sales Representative in the realization of promotion actions of precommercial varieties, the launch of new commercial varieties.
- Provide adapted technical advice to the customers.
SALES FORECAST
- Participate to the design of the sales forecast for new varieties and occasionally of forecast for commercial varieties.
CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS
- Provide technical expertise at customer level & be support to the Sales Rep to manage the claims & complaints settlement, in accordance with the company policy.
- Bachelor degree in Agronomy
- Experience in the vegetable seed sector would be appreciated
- English is a must and Romanian would be an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to set, manage and evaluate trials of new varieties
- Crop management knowledge
- Computer skills (Windows & pack office)
