Within Limagrain Vegetable Seeds (LVS), you will be responsible for improving seed movement processes within the Vegetable Business Units (BU). Your mission will involve defining and overseeing processes and tools, as well as coordinating teams within LVS Vegetable BU. Additionally, you’ll support the Director of Interprofessional Relations in their activities.
Your main tasks will include:
- Monitoring phytosanitary regulations related to seed export and import in countries where LVS operates (covering aspects such as phytosanitary requirements, mandatory shipping documents, import treatments, etc.), in collaboration with the regulatory data manager.
- Providing operational support to all LVS departments to ensure compliance with phytosanitary requirements and safety during shipments.
- Communicating regulatory changes to impacted departments within BUs via the ‘SeedEx’ network.
- Developing (if necessary), coordinating, and administering internal tools under the responsibility of the Interprofessional Relations department.
- Acting as a liaison between IT and the business referent within the BU.
- Administering and facilitating the ‘VeggIRep’ and ‘SeedEx’ networks.
- Coordinating the ‘VeggIRep’ network in consultation with the Director of Industry Relations.
- Planning and conducting team meetings related to internal tools under the responsibility of the Interprofessional Relations department.
Key Qualifications:

- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and the ability to learn specialized tools.
