Main Goal

Worldwide player in the growing market of vegetables seeds with a sustainable sales growth,Vilmorin-MKS is organized with 5 units , selling through 13 subs and over 130 distributors.
This position will appeal to a manager, commercially minded and dynamic sales leader who is keen to be involved in a successful company with huge potential. The position Head of Global Sales is member of the strategic committee of The Business Unit Vilmorin-MKS.

Job description

- Lead , empower, a sales team to enhance the brand, increase sales and grow market share.
- Define, agree and implement a global sales strategy in line with companies strategic plan.
- Organize the sales team to support this strategy globally.
- Create, manage, and meet or exceed challenging sales and financial targets.
- Manage and enhance the existing distributor network and continue to establish and develop long-term strategic partnerships within existing markets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels sustain and exceed their existing high levels.
- Control costs and ensure sales resources are optimally utilized.

- Experience in Agriculture is desirable
