Main Goal

Limagrain Group, Global leader in seeds and agriculture, is looking for a passionate and committed Group Safety & Prevention Director to join their team.

As the Group Safety & Prevention Director, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing strategies to protect our employees from identified risks.

Your role will be critical to ensure a safe and healthy working environment within the Limagrain Group.

Job description

1.Group Safety Policy:

- Propose and deploy a health and safety policy for the entire group, tailored to the size and complexity of our organization.


- Define group standards (processes, rules, etc.) and ensure their application across the organization.


- Carefully monitor KPIs and provide effective reporting to senior management.

2.Risk and Malfunction Analysis:

- Identify and evaluate risks faced by the group and each business line, in collaboration with relevant teams.

- Implement controls and improvement plans to effectively manage these risks.
- Document and analyze incidents and accidents.

3.Safety Culture Development:

- Coordinate and engage local teams to ensure consistent and effective safety practices.

-Promote a safety culture within the group.

4.Direct and Cross-Functional Management:

- Lead a team dedicated to Safety & Prevention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to safety.

 

5.Safety projects:

- Drive specific safety projects.
- Bring your safety eyes and expertise to internal projects. 

Skills: what we expect of you

You have a successful track record in defining and implementing Safety & prevention strategies within industrial activities, preferably in matrix organizations with international scope.


Your persuasive abilities and excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to drive change while respecting group rules and local regulations.


As an independent, pedagogical, and detail-oriented professional, you will rise to this challenge with success.
