SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - FINANCE
Job description
Your assignments will involve one-off and recurring tasks.
Punctually tasks :
You provide support in preparing the budget :
- Relaying guidelines to teams
- Compilation of OPEX and CAPEX projects/initiatives
- Receive data and enter into Hyperion
- Support in preparation of budget presentation slides
- Ad hoc analysis of margins/unit costs/contribution
Finally, you prepare the Fiscal Year FY25 price: communication of the projected margin file at the end of FY25, simulations of price increases.
Recurring tasks :
- Monthly update of steering and rolling forecast files
- You analyze and share OPEX data in collaboration with the teams.
- You validate recruitment agreement requests and CAPEX requests.
- You prepare the monthly Flash report on sales.
Consolidated margin - You update the FY24 margin tracking file
Skills: what we expect of you
With a Master's degree in accounting, Finance or Engineering with Finance emphasis, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance (FP&A, Audit, Consulting or Accounting).
An experience in industry is desirable : Agriculture, Manufacturing, Consumer Industry, Processing, Automotive all qualify.
An Experience in consolidating data, cash-flow analysis is desired.
You must be fluent in English to work with team members.
You have strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Finally, you have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
