The HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Supply Chain will act as a strategic and tactical HR partner for the Production, Operations (Manufacturing), S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), and Quality Control (QC) teams. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement within the Supply Chain organization.
The HRBP will work closely with leadership teams to foster a strong HR framework that supports a high-performing workforce while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Serve as the primary HR point of contact for Production, Operations (Manufacturing), S&OP, and Quality Control teams.
· Align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring smooth workforce planning and talent retention.
· Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing HR insights for decision-making.
· Provide guidance on labor laws, compliance, and company policies to minimize risks.
· Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Acts as an employee advocate and change agent by proactively assessing the client’s HR-related needs and provides efficient and timely resolution.
Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the client and the business’ financial position, mid/long- term goals, objectives, culture, and performance.
Leads talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and employee development, to ensure a pipeline of top talent and a high-performing organization.
Conducts thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with all pillars of HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Collaborates with HR colleagues and other functions to deliver integrated HR solutions and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. This includes international colleagues/counterparts to ensure alignment of HR initiatives, knowledge sharing and best practices. Occasional domestic travel and international travel may be required as needed.
May provide training, coaching, and mentoring to local HR Support when applicable.
Centre of Excellence
May be responsible for the complete management of a center of excellence within HR Operations. This may include any of the following: Employee Relations, Employee Engagement Programs, Administration & Onboarding, Employment Regulatory Compliance, Administrative Support of Sister Companies.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; MHRM or MBA, MSW preferred
Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources experience
Must be proficient in English, proficiency in Kannada a plus.
PHR or SPHR preferred
