Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and tests
Install IT systems (Servers, workstations, peripheral devices, softwares) and perform updates, respecting set procedures
Perform tests to IT systems as needed

Administration and security
Implement defined security and back-up tools
Control workstation security respect and escalate any detected incident
Support and administer technical infrastructures according to set processes and procedures
Follow-up the evolution of computer equipment
Control computer compliance vs referentials
Participate to optimisation studies for workstation and telephony
Participate to delivery projects as needed
Participate to special resolution/recovery teams as needed

Create resources and users accounts
Manage incidents occurring on computer equipment or telephony
Operate the different supervisions implemented on the perimeter

Level 2 support
Assess requested intervention degrees so as to determine necessary means to resolve issues
Participate to organisation of general plan for maintenance and intervention
Realise incidents diagnosis
Support, advise and train users
Realise on-site intervention when needed and remotely access workstations to resolve issues on various technologies (OS, printers etc.)
Monitor and control activities of external providers for maintenance/outsourced services
May take responsibility for Level 1 support when there is no outsourced external platform for Level 1


  • Completed 2 to 3 years' studies in IT management school
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting users of several computer equipments
  • Fluency in Spanish 
  • Advanced level French 
  • English is an advantage
