SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - IT

Main Goal

As a Local IT Administrator, you are responsible for the daily management of the company's IT infrastructure present at Group sites, providing expert support to the End-User Support teams in a continuous improvement approach to the information system.

Job description

Infrastructure
Manage and operate the infrastructure of local sites, including managing servers, networks, applications, and company databases..
Perform configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of systems and applications
Monitor system performance to ensure optimal availability and minimize downtime

Security
-Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by monitoring security systems and reporting any potential security incidents.
Manage data backups and restorations to ensure the security and integrity of company data.
Implement business continuity plans within their area of responsibility.
Participate in the restoration of local infrastructures in case of a cyber crisis.

Support
Provide technical expertise to company users to resolve computer issues within specified timelines.
Collaborate with the IT support team to solve complex technical problems.
Maintain and update system documentation, including operating procedures and user manuals.

Customer Service
Contribute to customer satisfaction by evolving and continuously improving solutions in their area of expertise.
Document procedures and policies for users and IT technical teams.
Participate in the adoption of new collaborative tools through hosting webinars and creating supporting materials (IT tips, etc.).
