To manage the field production quality assurance team and achieve field quality assurance targets.
To control product and process quality within requirement of quality standard in site and 3rd party and support operation for production.
To manage and coordinate Genetic Purity job for internal and external.
·       To monitor & control of Quality Control Implementation to comply with Quality Standard of the company as well as conducting improvement task as per assignment.

-Managing and controlling Field Quality activities both of Field Inspection and Grow out Test to ensure smooth field production processes and achieve field quality targets and standards for all crops. 
-Coordinating and giving feedback of Field Quality results and information to the Field Production team to ensure production field quality. 
-Reviewing and preparing Field Quality data for weekly and monthly reports submitted to superior. 
-Implementing new technology activities as assigned to the Field Quality team and Field Production team. 
-Implementing Field Production Quality policy and procedure for the Field Quality team and Field Production team. 
-Allocating manpower and resources as planned in the Field Quality area. 
-Planning and proposing budget for Field Quality activities and controlling activities to stay within given budget. 
-Control product and process quality within requirement of quality standard in site and 3rd party.
-Create and maintain process and product quality documentation including process control plan, inspection plans, and inspection check sheet and feedback quality issues to concern persons for improvement in site and 3rd party.
-Coordinating non-conformity investigation and corrective and preventive for process improvement.
-Direct and coordinate the company’s quality program, including the implementation of Quality Standard systems and procedures.
-Ensure current QMS requirement and QA program is in place and practice and control quality document.

-Support operation for production running smoothly with achieving high quality product and high productivity.
-Provide calibration plan and ensure all equipment within standard.
-Ensuring that work complies with HSE&Q standard and policy.

-Have technical knowledge of corn seeds. 
-Have knowledge or experience about agricultural business or seed business will be advantaged
-Flexible to manage seasonal work in which additional time is required during peak flowering stage. 
-Coaching and team management skills. 
-Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. 
-Good analytical skill and possess a logical mindset. 
-Good English communication skills are required. 
-Good computer ability. (Microsoft Office and Outlook) 
-Able to travel upcountry and comfortable working in the field with seed growers. 
-Able to drive a car with valid driving license.
-Good knowledge or experience working with quality management systems: ISO 9000
-Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with staff, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company.
-Able to use Inspection tool, statistical process control and data analysis.
-Able to understand overview production process and inventory control.
-Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
