SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - RISK & QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Main Goal

As an active member of the Research Process Efficiency Team for Limagrain Field Seeds (LFS), you will be responsible for improving and deploying the quality strategy in the Europe Territory, in line with the global research quality strategy and, more generally, with Limagrain Group and LFS's overall strategies.

Job description

Reporting directly to the Global Director of Research Process Efficiency, essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Quality Strategy and Policy
• Define and deploy Quality strategy in Europe territory, in line with the global research quality policy and strategy.
• Partner with other departments to support and integrate quality in all relevant areas and ensure that any new projects or initiatives include quality stakes.

Continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain quality systems and procedures to improve performance and skills.
• Set up and monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement continuous improvement routines and action plans.
• Support continuous improvement methods throughout the organization.

Compliance and regulations
• Ensure compliance of procedures with standards, legislation, internal rules, constraints, and customer requirements
• Co-Define and ensure completion of the internal and external audit plans, as well as the execution of the resulting actions.

Communication and quality culture development
• Promote quality policy and organize awareness actions (events, newsletter, …)
• Administrate GED tool (User & Documents)
• Develop quality training and awareness plans for relevant employees.
• Publish regular activity reports and performance dashboards. Prepare regular management reviews.

Risk management
• Identify, prevent, and manage quality risks, initiate and monitor actions.
• Participate to the mitigation of quality crises and incidents for the Europe territory by investigating and implementing corrective

Skills: what we expect of you

Master's degree in QHSE (Bac + 5)
• Organizational skills and strong autonomy
• Project management and continuous improvement skills
• Proven management and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal relationships
• Comfortable working in an international and cross-cultural environment
• Fluent in English, additional language appreciated (French / Spanish)

Recruitment process

The recruitment process takes place in several stages:

- the first consists of a pre-sorting of applications by our Talent Acquisition Manager

- the future manager of the position in question then sorts through the CVs to establish the most relevant shortlist possible.

- (A telephone pre-qualification may be carried out).

- A first interview is organized with the future manager.

- A second HR interview is organized shortly afterwards.
