SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - IT
Main Goal
Within the Supply Chain Europe team, as a SAP Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for the technical data deployed within the department’s activity scope in our system.
Specifically, you will ensure the dissemination of articles based on Master Data Management information, creating technical data for the articles. You’ll support procurement and subcontracting teams in factories regarding the use and modification of technical data. Your responsibility includes deploying and configuring all articles to ensure production activities in our factories.
Additionally, you’ll provide support to meet customer needs related to the execution of the APS tool.
Job description
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
· Data Management:
· Deploy and initialize “data scope items” in the Limagrain Europe ERP system and within the Cooperative.
· Create necessary technical data for each site (such as Bill of Materials, Nomenclatures, Control Ranges, etc.).
· Ensure and maintain data consistency.
Support:
· Assist factories and subcontracting teams in configuring their articles.
· Provide necessary support for creating production routings and bill of materials.
· Train users on the system.
· Maintain and formalize operating methods for perimeter activities.
· Collaborate with partner teams to evolve deployment models (template articles) and ensure the expected service level for article deployment within the Business Unit and the Cooperative.
For all these tasks, you’ll need to ensure continuity of service with the rest of the team (backup concept).
Skills: what we expect of you
Graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with knowledge in Supply Chain and sales.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel, including formula calculations, searches, and pivot tables (VBA and macros are not necessary but appreciated).
Recognized for proactivity, teamwork, agility, customer orientation, and results-driven mindset. Pedagogical skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Fluent in English.
This position is available as a permanent contract (CDI) at our headquarters in Saint Beauzire, near Clermont-Ferrand (63)

A third interview with your future N+2 is possible but not systematic, as are tests (personality, excel, etc.).
