Main Goal

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Customer Service and Logistics Manager to ensure exceptional service for our clients. This position is vital for fostering collaboration across our Demand and Planning, Customer Service, and Sales teams.

Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a customer service team to maintain high standards of service and satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Oversee order fulfillment and ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to efficiently meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions, ensuring timely updates on orders and product availability.
  • Track customer contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and logistics management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
