Main Goal

Group Limagrain is looking for a Cybersecurity Delegate to join the Information Systems Department (DSI) and manage the cybersecurity risks associated with our infrastructures. Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will be the main contact for the CISO team for all Infrastructures, including research and technology platforms.

Job description

As Cybersecurity Delegate, you will be responsible for :

  • Lead cybersecurity governance: draw up a roadmap in collaboration with the CISO team and lead the cybersecurity committees within your scope.
  • Contribute to and enforce cybersecurity policy: provide cybersecurity expertise for projects and operations, and contribute to the Group's cybersecurity doctrine.
  • Control and audit: measure infrastructure compliance - globally and by each of our business lines - establish a control plan, and manage exceptions and actions resulting from incidents and audits.

Skills: what we expect of you

Hard skills :

  • Application and infrastructure security: expertise in securing infrastructures or applications, ability to understand and deploy security policies, knowledge of securing IT.
  • Audit and risk management: experience in planning, executing and monitoring audit action plans, knowledge of risk mitigation strategies, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Organization and planning: ability to manage several action plans simultaneously, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.Monitoring and evaluation: experience in monitoring progress and evaluating performance against set objectives.

 

Soft skills :

  • Effective communication: pedagogy and synthesis.
  • Leadership and teamwork: change management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving skills: solution-oriented mindset, ability to make quick decisions.
  • Discretion in handling security incidents and confidential/personal data.
