SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - IT

Main Goal

Within the Information Systems Department (ISD), the Cybersecurity team is looking for a passionate and experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager.

You will be responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will work closely with the IT departments' cybersecurity delegates to ensure compliance with the Group's cybersecurity policies, deal with deviations and track exceptions. In addition, you will act as cybersecurity delegate for the Corporate and Garden Products scope.

 

Job description

As Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Manage Governance: Organize and monitor operational and strategic committees, publish dashboards and propose improvements.
  • Manage policy compliance: Monitor risks, compliance, action plans, organize internal and external audits, measure deviations from cybersecurity policies.
  • Lead the network of cybersecurity delegates: Coordinate and lead the network of cybersecurity delegates, facilitate communication and the sharing of best practices.
  • Play the role of cybersecurity delegate: In contact with the business units, lead the governance of the perimeter, monitor the Security-by-Design process within this perimeter, manage requests for waivers and exceptions, monitor vulnerabilities and remediation plans.

Skills: what we expect of you

Hard skills :

  • Knowledge of standards and regulations: Proficiency in standards such as CIS Controls, ISO 27, NIST CSF, NIS2, GDPR, etc.
  • Risk management: Skills in identifying, assessing and managing security risks.
  • Audit and compliance: Experience in internal and external audits, and management of compliance plans.
  • Project management: Project management skills to steer security initiatives and monitor action plans.
  • Security-by-Design: Taking security principles into account right from the design stage of IT projects.

 

Soft skills :

  • Communication and leadership: Good communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Analytical and synthesizing skills: Ability to analyze indicators and identify key actions to be taken.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to work independently and take the initiative to solve problems.
