Main Goal
Limagrain Group, a global leader in seeds and cereal products, is looking for a Data Engineer to join the Information Systems Department (ISD).
You will be part of the LVS Business Line, the world's No. 1 in vegetable seeds, within the Data and Analytics domain.
As a Data Engineer, you will implement technical solutions for data extraction, transformation, ingestion, storage, and organization to enable data valorization. You may also support Data Analysts by preparing and providing data for identified use cases.
You will report to the IT Domain Manager – Data and Analytics.
Job description
As a Data Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
· Design and Management of Data Architectures
You will design and implement solutions for data processing and storage, ensuring their integrity and accessibility.
· Data Integration and Transformation
You will collect, clean, and combine data from various sources to create a coherent and usable dataset.
· Performance Optimization
You will ensure that data processing systems are fast and reliable, constantly adapting the systems to meet changing needs and optimizing costs.
· Integration of Artificial Intelligence
You will stay informed about the possibilities of integrating Artificial Intelligence into your processes.
· Technological Watch
You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and practices in a constantly evolving field.
