As the Business Area Manager - Southern Europe, you will drive our growth in key markets such as Spain, Italy, and Turkey. You will have the opportunity to shape and implement innovative strategies to achieve our ambitious financial and commercial goals.

Job description

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the business area, incorporating impactful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Supervise and inspire a talented team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Manage the business area budget with rigor and creativity.
  • Collaborate with Limagrain Fied Seeds in Europe teams to adapt local strategies and maximize impact.
  • Identify and capitalize on exciting new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations as well as our internal Code of Conduct.
  • Represent Limagrain Ibérica with key business partners and industry associations

Skills: what we expect of you

  • Master’s degree in sciences and/or MBA.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in a senior business development role in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Spain, Turkey, and Italy.
  • Exceptional project and change management skills.
  • Inspiring leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong integrity and ability to deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Commercial mindset and customer orientation.
