As the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Director, you will join the Executive Committee of Jacquet Brossard and play a key role in defining, implementing, and monitoring the QHSE Strategy with a particular focus on safety, to protect our employees, customers, and environment.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental management processes and systems, in line with the overall strategy and internal and external challenges.

Reporting to the CEO, your missions revolve around four main areas:

1.Defining and leading the QHSE strategy and associated action plans (roadmap, KPIs, audit)
2.Providing support and advice on safety and QHSE issues, identifying risks, and proposing corrective and preventive actions
3.Training, raising awareness, and promoting a safety culture among all internal and external stakeholders
4.Managing, leading, and developing the QHSE teams on which you rely to deploy the strategy and action plan

As an experienced safety professional, you have a strong track record in defining and deploying a safety culture with operational results within the agri-food industry.

You demonstrate expertise and the ability to influence to promote sustainable safety behaviors.

You possess excellent regulatory knowledge in EHS and management systems (QSE, QHSE, SME…).

Dynamic, you show autonomy and strong reactivity. Your passion for the field and your decision-making ability will also be essential assets for your missions.

You have the ability to travel to all our different production sites in France and Belgium.

 Next, you will be invited to meet the Deputy General Manager of the group as well as the Human Resources Director of the Division.
