Limagrain Group, a global leader in seeds and cereal products, is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join the Information Systems Department (ISD). As an Enterprise Architect, you will contribute to defining the information system strategy to meet the needs and challenges of business departments and the necessary technological evolutions of the information systems department. In this role, you will contribute to the development of IT master plans and the architecture of the information system. You will ensure prospective monitoring and drive innovation within the IT organization. You will guarantee that architecture principles and frameworks are deployed.

As an Enterprise Architect, your missions will be as follows:

- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that information systems and technologies support the strategic objectives of the various business lines. Lead or contribute to the development of master plans within the Group's organizations.

- Architecture Principles: Contribute to the establishment of principles and frameworks, educate and communicate with the IT community about these standards and principles.

- Technological Directions: Define directions that integrate future needs in terms of technology and processes. Educate, explain, and support IT communities to ensure that the defined directions are taken into account by the IT organization.

- Information System Rationalization: Propose rationalizations of technologies and processes to optimize costs.

- Security and Compliance: Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure that the architecture complies with security standards.

- Technological Innovation: Monitor emerging technologies, assess their potential for the company, and promote technological directions in line with business needs and necessary information system evolutions.

- Transformation: Support IT managers in building the operational transformation plan. Contribute to the selection of new solutions that meet the needs and financial capacities of the business lines, in line with the IT strategy.
