SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - IT

Main Goal

Group Limagrain, world leader in seeds and cereal products, is looking for an IT Projects and Studies expert to join the Information Systems Department (DSI).

In this role, you will support the Corporate and VJA IT teams in carrying out their studies and projects through your expertise in project management, and ensure compliance with Corporate and VJA IT master plans.

You will report to the Head of IT Corporate and Garden Products.

Job description

As Projects and Studies Expert, you will be in charge of :

  • Providing expertise to the Corporate and VJA IT teams on project and study management, in compliance with Ask4IT and Play IT processes.
  • Guarantee compliance with IT master plans, and in particular ensure the scalability of information systems to support business development strategy.
  • Manage the Projects / Studies portfolio of the Corporate and VJA IT teams.
  • To carry out his/her activities in compliance with the cybersecurity principles formalized in Groupe Limagrain's Information System Security Policy (ISSP).

The incumbent is responsible for :

  • Ensuring the alignment of BL's information system with its challenges and its integration into the Group's IS.
  • Contribute to the implementation of group governance in order to rationalize our information system by enriching our IT service catalog.
  • Feasibility studies to meet business needs and the associated value proposition.
  • Key user network coordination in Corporate departments.
  • Team activity planning and operational management.
  • Provides regular feedback to the IT manager. (Feedback on new requests, budgets, contracts, alerts).

Skills: what we expect of you

Hard skills :

  • Cross-functional project management in an international environment.
  • Mastery of project management methodology (budgeting, planning, etc.) and IT studies.
  • Knowledge of a company's operational processes (finance, purchasing, sales, production, quality, etc.).
  • Ability to speak, understand and be understood in both IT and business languages.
  • Ability to apply architecture principles.

 

Soft skills :

  • Leadership: ability to convince, organizational skills and thoroughness. Good communication skills to interact effectively with users and technical teams.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to work independently and take the initiative to solve problems.
  • Ability to listen, pragmatism and perseverance.
