Job description


The Human Resources Administration Trainee will be primarily responsible for supporting all HR Operational Activities most notably HR Communication, Administration and On-boarding. The Specialist will respond to requests from all areas of HR Operations, make business improvement proposals to HR management, and will maintain strict confidentiality of HR information at all times.
Management of all HR administrative activities including HR reporting & metrics, HR invoices, personnel files, Form I-9 management, UI response management, maintenance of organizational charts, policy updates, and department filings



• Employee Announcements: work to develop messages, write, and distribute BU-level
announcements for organizational changes and evolution, new employees, transfers and
• Manage updates on company internal communication tools such as intranet, e-newsletter
and HR related information in company website as relate to employees.
• Support the development of HR all internal communication efforts.
• Management of all new hire onboarding activities including mobility coordination, policy
orientation, and working with managers to develop new hire orientation schedules.
• Responsible for basic, daily administration as it pertains to HRIS and various related software
• Maintains strict confidentiality of HR information at all times
• Assists with HR project planning, coordination, and implementation
• Supports the recruiting function as backup support – entering data in ATS, scheduling
candidate appointments, and following up on candidate activity
• Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department by providing support to
the HR Business Partners and other HR functions as needed
• Assist HR management to ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
• Performs other special assignments or projects as assigned.



• B.A/B.S degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Requires superior writing and oral communication skills
• 2 years Human Resources Experience
• Team player who is resourceful and capable of working in a busy and pressured environment
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn additional programs as necessary
• Languages: English Essential
