Main Goal

We are looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to be in charge of leading our company's Information Systems in all its components vision and efforts.

The BRM is responsible for the adequacy of his BU Information System with the strategy and the needs of the users of the BU. For this, the BRM will formalize the needs and proposals for the evolution of the IS through an IT master plan and/or through the demand process of Limagrain IT.

 

Job description

• Management of the BU’s Information Systems in all its components (networks, servers, ERP, software, messaging, office automation).

• Responsible for the adequacy of implemented resources (systems, software, hardware, networks ...) with the company's strategy and business needs.

• Manage multiple systems and organizational processes supporting a global organization including: KTLO, training & support, changes management and projects management.

• Manage a team of business analysts, programmers, BI experts, and project managers.

• Building and managing the annual plan & budget by defining priorities, resources, and schedules following the global budget set for the IT.

• Lead global cross-functional IT projects.

• Lead global implementation of core business applications (ERP, APS, CRM, MES).

• Lead implementation of a new BI platform architecture.

• Lead/support global initiatives of digital transformation.

• Define and implement the strategic IT roadmap.

• Work in close collaboration with company peers and various stakeholders to achieve IT objectives.

• Actively take part to project implementation: business requirements, UAT, change management. Define and animate the “change Management Team” of each IT project.

 

Profile

* 3- 5 years of executive experience as an Information systems manager from a global, large and complex organization.
* 5-7  years of experience in overseeing information systems globally in different business application domains (ERP, CRM, BI, HRIS).
* Proven experience in implementation of organization information systems such as ERP (must), CRM, PLM, APS, MES, BI.
* Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize including project planning and delivery.
* Thorough understanding and familiarity of the IT application domain and business processes, including Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, SCM, Customer Support, HR, Financials – mandatory
* Hands-on Training, Support and Maintenance of large (more than 100 users) ERP / CRM systems.
* Excellent experience with company-wide IT policies, procedures and security requirements
* A strong strategic and business mindset coupled with a detail-oriented approach. .
* Experience and knowledge of MS 365 suite, SharePoint, Cybersecurity solutions, understanding IT infrastructure and operations best practices - Advantage
* Project Management certification such as PMP - advantage
High-level of service, support & communication skills.
* Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Experience in working in an ambiguous, dynamic and highly demanding agenda.
* Proven experience in reaching quantitative and qualitative targets.  
* Willingness to travel across the world.
