Limagrain Group, a global leader in seeds and cereal products, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join the Information Systems Department (DSI).
In this role, your main mission will be to define, implement, and manage one or more information system projects in all its dimensions (strategic, commercial, financial, human, legal, organizational, and technical) from conception to closure, with the aim of achieving an optimal result that meets the requirements validated with the client (business or DSI) in terms of quality, scope, cost, and time.
You will report to the Process & Performance Manager of the DSI.
As a Project Manager, your missions are:
Organization and Project Management
- Define and specify a strategy to meet business expectations and improve company performance (balancing costs and risks).
- Contribute to the selection of solutions, in collaboration with the business and enterprise architecture.
- Analyze feasibility studies conducted.
- Implement the PLAY IT project management methodology and adapt it according to the project context to achieve the expected results.
- Structure the breakdown of projects (tasks, phases, work packages, lots, etc.) and monitor progress.
- Build and manage the budget.
- Construct and validate purchase contracts for solutions and services.
- Identify and manage project-related risks.
- Define and execute the project plan according to the feasibility study recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and costs according to the defined scope.
- Propose to the business, during the project, any necessary changes to objectives (scope, quality, cost, time) in response to evolution requests or on your initiative.
- Close and review the project(s).
- Field Project Management
- Organize, coordinate, and lead all project management teams.
- Structure the project (Project Quality Plan) and define roles and responsibilities (RACI).
- Implement and lead various steering committees.
- Manage and facilitate communication with the internal/external project team (clients, suppliers, etc.).
- Define and manage contractual commitments with suppliers/service providers.
- Resolve any disputes between the team and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that the business implements the change management plan at the business team level.
- Report on projects to various departments and governance bodies.
- Ensure team mobilization (commitment/motivation).
Resource Management- Establish the project organization and allocate staff in collaboration with line managers.
- Functionally supervise all project teams on an international scope.
- Contribute to the evaluation of employees involved in projects and provide evaluation elements to line managers.
- Ensure appropriate cross-functional management of knowledge management and its transfer.
- Be a reference for project managers.
Skills
- Experience in managing complex IT projects.
- Ability to have a global vision in terms of organization, strategy, and challenges.
- Knowledge of project methodologies and associated tools (PMI, Prince, and other methodologies).
- Mastery of the fundamentals of contract management.
- Ability to understand and interpret business processes and strategy.
- Ability to operate in a complex environment.

Job Requirements
- Minimum education level required: Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum experience required: 10 years in managing complex projects and leading international teams.
- Languages: Fluent English.
