With the position of Product Development Representative – Level I, the professional will be responsible for driving the growth of HM.Clause Brasil through the introduction of innovative products and the identification of new business opportunities.

This level requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal, so that the professional can establish solid relationships with producers, dealers, and distributors and guide them on the best application of HM.Clause products in Brazil.

In addition, the professional will carry out field activities in various regions of Brazil, which will require flexibility and adaptability to different cultures and environments. Your role will be key in the company's success as your initiatives will be crucial to increasing HM.Clause's sales and market share in Brazil.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in new projects for the issuance of technical opinions.
- Perform field configuration process and testing of up to 10 crops following the guidance of superiors.
- Organize and plan with the Development Manager and Product Managers about classification, sowing, transplantation and evaluation, after that, make a summary of the highlights and show them to discuss with the manager to move on to the next step.
- Provide support to the development team in the highest specific operating culture.
- Participate in studies to introduce new products.
- Elaborate the description of new product, following working instructions.
- Technician present in international meetings and events after approval of superiors.
- Perform technical presentation of products at company events.
- Conduct the link between research, marketing and sales to evaluate and identify new products that meet the needs of target customers.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the competitor's main products.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of changing market trends and customer needs to effectively identify new products that meet their needs and will give HM. Clause a competitive advantage in the market.
- Ensure and preserve material resources allocated to the professional by the company.
- Perform other functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of his or her responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Complete Degree in Agronomic Engineering (active CREA), Agronomy or related areas.
- Desirable intermediate English.

Experience:
- From 3-5 years of experience in developing the industry of plant products and vegetable seeds or in similar positions.
