Main Goal

As a Regional Commercial Director you will be responsible for Identifying commercial opportunities and initiate and lead Hazera's commercial activities in the Americas and Limagrain Vegetable Seed division collaborations. You will also deal with Implementation and follow up of the Strategic Roadmap to reach the middle- and long-term ambitions for the region.

Subordinated to: Head of Global Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for Leading the regional commercial activities including the local subsidiaries in USA and Mexico.

- for Increasing sustainable sales turnover, profitability and market share. 

- Improving sales processes and procedures, forecast accuracy, setting indicators and targets, implementation of methodologies and proper practices.

- improving and managing interfaces between the headquarters and subsidiaries. 

- Managing a team of Subsidiary and Commercial Managers

- Managing the interface between Sales and other functions like Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Human Resources.

Skills: what we expect of you

- Bachelor or master's degree in agricultural science or related field – an advantage

- Broad experience managing commercial activities in the seed or related industry, preferably in vegetable seeds.

- Experience in working for global large and complex organizations.

- Understanding in managing teams, subsidiaries or an extensive dealers network.

- Willingness to travel internationally.

-  Fluent in English, Spanish would be an advantage.
