SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - IT
Main Goal
Limagrain Group, a global leader in seeds and cereal products, is looking for an IT Domain Manager to join the Information Systems Department (DSI).
You will be part of the LVS Business Line, the world's No. 1 in vegetable seeds, to lead the Research and Development domain.
As a Domain Manager, you will participate in defining the IT strategy for this domain and contribute to defining the functional and/or technical architecture. You will also be responsible for implementing all necessary solutions for the Research and Development domain, including support, while adhering to the framework established by the ISD architects.
You will report to the IT Director LVS.
Job description
As an IT Domain Manager for Research and Development, your responsibilities will include:
· Management of the Project Portfolio related to the Research and Development domain of the LVS Business Line: Overseeing and managing the IT project portfolio.
· Budget Construction and Monitoring: Participating in the creation and monitoring of the IT budget for the LVS Business Line.
· Contribution to IT Strategy for the Research and Development Domain: Participating in the development and implementation of an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives, in coherence with the overall IT master plan and other domains.
· Management of Information Systems: Supervising and optimizing information systems specific to the Research and Development domain, ensuring their performance and reliability. Deploying new tools when necessary.
· Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and supervising IT projects, respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
· Support and Maintenance: Organizing preventive and corrective maintenance of systems as well as user support.
· Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving systems and processes for the Research and Development domain, and leading actions to optimize efficiency.
· Team Management: As a manager, you will mobilize your team to handle topics related to the Research and Development domain while collaborating with other IT teams of the Business Line and the DSI.
