Limagrain Group, a global leader in seeds and cereal products, is seeking a Fabrik Team Leader (M/F) to join the IT Infrastructure team.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will lead your team of technical experts responsible for executing infrastructure projects and providing level 3 support. Your mission also includes optimizing processes with a continuous improvement approach and developing your team's skills.

You will oversee the following technology areas: IAM (Identity and Access Management), Network, Datacenter, and Cloud. You will work closely with the design team (Architects), the operations team (Run), and our team of technical project managers to ensure the effective and secure implementation of IT infrastructure solutions. To this end, you will need to define, implement, and ensure the Design to Build & Build to Run processes.

As a Team Leader, your missions will be:

Ø Manage service providers delivering services or technological solutions within your scope.
Identify and manage risks related to infrastructure projects, implementing appropriate mitigation plans
