SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - IT

Main Goal

Limagrain Group, a global leader in seeds and cereal products, is seeking an IT Domain Manager to join the Information Systems Department (DSI).

You will join the LVS Business Line, the world's No. 1 in vegetable seeds, to lead the Marketing, Sales, and Marcom domain.

As a Domain Manager, you will participate in defining the IT strategy for this domain and contribute to defining the functional and/or technical architecture. You will also be responsible for implementing all necessary solutions for the Marketing, Sales, and Marcom domain, including support, while adhering to the framework established by the ISD architects.

You will report to the LVS IT Director.

Job description

As the IT Domain Manager for Marketing, Sales, and Marcom, your missions will be:

Management of the Project Portfolio Related to the Marketing, Sales, and Marcom Domain of the LVS Business Line

Supervise and manage the IT project portfolio.
Budget Construction and Monitoring

Participate in the creation and monitoring of the IT budget for the LVS Business Line.
Contribution to the IT Strategy for the Marketing, Sales, and Marcom Domain

Participate in the development and implementation of an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives, in coherence with the overall IT master plan and other domains.

Information Systems Management

Supervise and optimize information systems specific to the Marketing, Sales, and Marcom domain, ensuring their performance and reliability. Deploy new tools when necessary.

Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and supervise IT projects, respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.

Support and Maintenance

Organize preventive and corrective maintenance of systems as well as user support.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for improving systems and processes for the Marketing, Sales, and Marcom domain, and lead actions to optimize efficiency.

Team Management

As a manager, mobilize your team to handle issues in the Marketing, Sales, and Marcom domain while collaborating with other IT teams of the Business Line and the ISD.

Job Requirements:

Minimum education level required: Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent.
Minimum experience required: More than 10 years of experience.
Languages: English (Fluent).

Permanent position based in Chappes, Portes-lès-Valence, or La Ménitré.
