Purpose of this job is to develop sales in Dong Thap province, Mekong South (MK2) area.
This job is to ensure sales target by managing demo fields, seminars and distribution channel (distributors, retailers, middlemen, seed shops)
- Sales target management: optimize all given resource and activities to ensure sales target of assigned territory, monthly and yearly;
- Sales Forecasting: ensure the accuracy of sales forecast in the assigned territory.
- Crop Area management: Know about crop geographic distribution, variety, seasonal calendar and farming practice in assigned territory;
- Distribution channel management: know seeds wholesalers, retailers, traders, nursery and their business relation.
- Communication activity management: ensure effective allocation and cost of demonstration points and farmer meeting.
