Main Goal

Reporting to the Group talent development manager you will be designing, implementing and driving the talent acquisition strategy of Limagrain as well overseeing the hiring processes for the executives and top executives positions.

Job description

- Oversee the end-to-end management of executive / top executive recruitment processes (excluding the assessment) with the assistance of your talent acquisition specialist.


- Build quality relationships with in-house recruiters and managers understanding their needs and leverage Talent acquisition/sourcing Analytics, set and supervise KPIs for effective decision making in Talent acquisition strategy & candidate experience.

In particular, define our target candidate profiles for hiring, evaluate the efficiency of our sourcing strategies, assess and monitor candidate experience. Design and drive action plan accordingly.

- Develop and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy according to KPIs, and business needs.

- Be responsible for managing contracts and relationships at Group scale with the job boards and the recruiting firms as well as any other partnerships linked to our recruitment process (personality inventory, assessment).

-Support and inspire in-house recruiters, raise awareness to protect employer branding , to improve candidate experience, and to develop customer centric approach.

- Drive change management for new solutions/ new ways of approaching sourcing and technology within the recruitment process.

- Proactively researching and assessing new sourcing methodologies and build up external benchmarking capability to understand competitive intelligence landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders, utilizing data trends to gain insights into how to broaden and diversify our talent pools.

Skills: what we expect of you

5+ years of recruiting experience, with a combination of in-house and agency experiences


Proven track record in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategy and with C level hiring process management.


Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders.


English fluent. Another language is a plus.
