RESEARCH & INNOVATION - RESEARCH OPERATIONS
Main Goal
Reporting to the station's Seed Production Manager, you will take part in various tasks on the station and in the field, in coordination with the technicians.
Job description
The main tasks of this position are :
- Participate in sowing preparation activities (preparation, classification and randomization of sowing bags)
- Carry out sowing operations at farmers' seed production sites
- Carry out crop monitoring (treatments, irrigation, castration) in collaboration with network producers and technicians in charge of the network.
- Carry out observations and notations linked to knowledge of the progenitors
- Carry out harvesting work
- Threshing, cleaning, packaging, grading and shipping of seeds
Skills: what we expect of you
Trained to BAC Pro/ BTS in agriculture or a similar discipline, you have a good knowledge of the agricultural sector and at least one year's experience.
You have a good aptitude for driving agricultural machinery, with some basic knowledge of agricultural mechanics.
You have a "B" driving license (an "EB" license would be a plus). You have knowledge of corn cultivation techniques (experience in seed production desirable) and computer skills (basic Excel).
Finally, you are a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

Recruitment process
Our recruitment process consists of several stages:

- A first interview is organized with the future manager.
