RESEARCH & INNOVATION - RESEARCH OPERATIONS
Main Goal
Within the Research (Traits and Technologies) Department of Limagrain Field Seeds, you will work in the In Vitro Culture team whose main mission is the production of transformants. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the production of plant material derived from in vitro culture techniques.
Job description
- Carrying out and monitoring genetic transformation experiments on several species.
- Participation in the preparation of culture media.
- Support for the improvement of current protocols.
- Follow-up of operating procedures and participation in their updating.
- Interaction with other platform units.
- Participation in technical meetings.
Skills: what we expect of you
Mastery of classic in vitro plant culture techniques
Ability to organize and analyze experimental results
Ability to work in a team
Autonomy, responsiveness, rigor and dynamism.
Good writing skills (laboratory notebooks, reports, presentations).
Scientific English

Recruitment process

Our recruitment process consists of several stages:
- the first consists of a pre-screening of applications by Jérémy, our Talent Acquisition Manager, accompanied by future manager Clarisse, to establish a shortlist of candidates for audition. A telephone pre-qualification may be carried out.
- A first interview is organized with the future manager.
- A second HR interview follows shortly afterwards.
Finally, feedback is given to the candidates.
