Main Goal

We are searching for a Compensation & Benefits professional to oversee the administration of all Compensation programs for the ASIA region. This role will report to the Regional HR Director.

In addition, your role would include to assist and oversee information systems as an administrator for local HRIS, global HRIS (TalentSoft), QA (Aquarius), and any other necessary system interfaces to other company information systems.

Most importantly, this role should provide clear guidance and assistance to the teams and tasks as needed.

This position can be based either from Bangkok, Thailand or from Hyderabad, India.

Job description

  • Prepare & Update the calendar of merit increase planning and recommendations and process - market view and recommendations
  • Update files for merit increase to all countries to send to HRBPs- GMs- Function leads
  • Review and Update employee databases file for ASIA
  • Make amendments and changes and consolidated reports required by the BU on merit increase files
  • Review training on merit increase (Comp & Ben) and adapt in order to prepare a training to managers before the cycle
  • Assist HRBPs on Mercer Survey comparison analysis of results data
  • Help HRBP's on data keeping and communication to payroll system
  • Update expatriates- international mobility files for ASIA
  • Issue letters of merit increase templates and merit increase letter for Asia and guarantee deployment
  • Prepare profit sharing files for each country & calculations as other material related to this topic
  • Insert employee data on HRIS system Thailand and help on the implementation
  • Organize data & files related to comp & ben for Asia in our HR drive
  • Help with any report needed regarding headcounts in Asia; updated expatriate files to the group Limagrain following Mercer tool
  • Follow merit increase for expats and guarantee we pay them on time working with services provider and issue letters of increment.
  • Review of Calculation of bonus
  • Calculation of profit sharing and ensure all communication is sent to different countries
  • Help with visa processes and expats
  • Complete Social data information
  • Analysis report of matrix survey data- organization of files and control spreadsheets- add to B-SMART and review patterns.
  • Benefits analysis Asia review
  • Update & review bonus structure study list for Asia per function
  • To help to  organize & integrate diverse HR control spreadsheets to one base to avoid re-work. Analysis of what we have and how we can improve
  • HR reports and data analytics ASIA
  • Implementation of Career Path evaluation grid and training to managers on Comp & Ben related topics
  • Member of Comp & Ben Committee (once per month evening time- 2 hrs)/ time can be compensated

Profile

Required Knowledge & Skills


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and present formal documents, reports, presentations and recommendations to rank & file and management level employees.
• Proficiency with report writers preferred.

Education & Work Experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in human resources, information systems, accounting, economics and/ or finance. MBA or MS preferred.
  •  At least five years of compensation and HRIS analysis/ administration experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
  •  Applicable working experience either as a project manager or project lead on HR systems implementation projects.

• Technical Skills – Strong thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management. Ability to stay current with federal and states laws and regulations. Strong computer skills to include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; as well as experience with HRIS.

• Interpersonal Skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately, and maintain a mutual comfort level while relating to a diverse workforce. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executive management, employees, outside agencies and auditors.

• Adaptability – Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Comfortable with fast-paced, challenging environment. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.

• Teamwork – Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to facilitate teamwork among colleagues, as well as with other groups throughout the organization. Ability to build trust with all functional areas within the organization.
