Main Goal

Global Resource Team (GRT) Continuous Improvement Managers will focus on the development and implementation in three distinct areas: continuous improvement projects, agricultural technology introductions and training/development of key stakeholders. All projects have finite timelines and a critical measure of success will be the implementation, adaptation, and sustainability of key processes at all global stations once ownership of such improvements have been transferred to local teams.

In addition to specific projects, GRT members constantly work to facilitate broad communication and information exchange to align stakeholders around shared R&D strategic vision and initiatives. This can include training on lean methodologies and clarity on processes within R&D.
