Finalité du poste

Develop the Sales & Marketing strategy and lead the business activities in the country to execute Sales & Marketing strategies and deliver the business and financial objectives established at the Business Area level.

Ensure strict implementation and adhesion of all people working in the country of responsibilities to Limagrain safety and compliance rules.

Missions

• In line with the BA strategy, develop and implement the commercial strategy (go-to-market strategy, distribution platform, portfolio positioning, commercial policy, demand creation activities, …) to deliver the financial and business objectives (Revenues, LAV, Market Share)
• Propose Sales and Marketing Opex budget.
• Monitor and report periodically sales performance (volume price and turnover), and Opex development.
• Prepare sales Forecasts and propose and implement necessary corrective actions in case of deviation versus budget.
• In close co-operation with the BA CFO to lead the local credit committee. Monitor cash collection and trade receivables. Financial reporting and ensure compliance with local legislation and codes of conduct.
• Represent the company in front of local major customers and business stakeholders
• To work with the Country Manager Netherlands and BA Director, to ensure alignment of agreed commercial policies, including pricing policy, variety allocation and inter-company/country trade.
• As member of the Management Team of the BA contribute to the BA strategic Roadmap and achievement of KPI's, and lead the development and implementation of the Country Roadmap.
• To ensure implementation of Limagrain guidelines and policies on HSE and full compliance of all local operations with all applicable laws & regulations and internal corporate Code of Conduct
• In close cooperation with Limagrain Europe HR and the BA HR Director, develop local HR related policies (comp end ben, car, travel, ..) and ensure adhesion and consistency between the different departments. Lead organizational development and implement talent reviews, development planning and appraisal process, and actively anticipate future succession priorities and implement plans.

Profil

TYPICAL EDUCATION
• Science degree and/or MBA
• 5 to 10 years professional experience with 3-5 years' experience in senior sales or country management
EXPERTISE
• Strong commercial mindset
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of the agri-business
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong leadership, people/team management
• Results orientated
• Ability to manage a community in a matrix organization
• Financial acumen
