As the Country Manager for Romania, you will develop and execute the Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve the financial and business objectives of Limagrain within Romania . You will oversee all business activities, ensuring alignment with Limagrain’s standards for safety, compliance, and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Management
- Cultivate positive relationships with Limagrain Romania and Moldova shareholders, facilitating annual meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Romanian legislation and Limagrain’s code of conduct and business ethics.
- Foster seamless collaboration between local teams and global functions.
2. Business Management
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and other KPI targets in line with BSA CE’s objectives.
- Manage Sales & Marketing budget in cooperation with the BSA Marketing Coordinator.
- Regularly monitor and report sales performance, budget deviations, and Opex.
Represent Limagrain to key customers and stakeholders in Romania. - Drive the expansion of LG’s customer base through strategic demand-creation activities and marketing positioning.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and optimize portfolio profitability.
3. Leadership and People Management
- Recruit and develop talent, building a team that aligns with Limagrain’s strategic vision.
- Champion diversity, collaboration, and an inclusive culture.
- Support growth and engagement through clear communication, coaching, and resource allocation.
