Main Goal

Process order, delivery and support sales

Job description

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities 

1. Order and delivery process:

  • Collect & receive order from customer or sales team
  • Check inventory and payment to confirm order
  • Handle customer's complaint related to delivery, if have: lost/broke, return goods.

2. Support sales by calling to customer to:

  • Confirm (if need) if customer well receive goods.
  • Update their turnover, promotion program
  • Remind pending payment.

3. Admin task

  • Book delivery truck & make all payment/invoice for driver
  • Input data into system
  • Manage files, records and documents
  • Process delivery of seminar material to sales team.

2. Other duties that may be assigned 

  • Received contact on farmer hotline and move information to sales team.
  • Other tasks, if requested such as customer survey…

 

Profile

Required Competencies 

1.Knowledge: Business management or related

2. Company products: training  

3.  Skill: 

  • Time management 
  • Listening and summarization 
  • Presentation (call) 
  • Negotiate and Convince 
  • IT: Requested high level of knowledge of the MS Office  
  • English: B level
  • 1 years at least of seniority in the same position

4. Attitude:  

  • Emotional control. 
  • Sales oriented. 
  • Strong in relationships
  • Fast learning
