Manage crop, labor and materials on open field or greenhouses, ensure yield, quality, cost and acreage.

Agriculture techniques:

• Preparing soil/substrate, staking, ensure technical standard and progress to on time planting.

• Incubation and sowing seed follow protocols.

• Planting and take care crop, ensuring healthy growth, pinching, pruning based on technical requirements.

• Monitoring nutrients, ensuring crop is not excess/deficient nutrients and achieving productivity.

• Follow up and show up plan to control insects, fungi, bacterias; ensure that there are no plants effected with viruses, bacteria; clean seed (not exist seed borne diseases on seeds) and achieving productivity.

• Indentify off-type plants and removed them before pollination and before harvesting.Monitoring and ensuring propagation process, ensuring seed quality standards (purity, germination, weight of thousand seeds).

• The assessment and reocord of status of crops in the crop diary.

• Interact with direct supervisors and colleagues to solve work; ensuring work progress of the entire homefarm.

Cost management

• Make plans and estimate costs for assigned projects
• Manage of labor costs, labor allocation ensured according to the norms of each crop.
• Manage supplies, ensure proper use, no loss, fully record in the crop diary.

Managing worker

• Manage people skills (workers): assigned, guide, supervise and evaluate workers, reward/discipline, understanding of labor laws and internal rules of the company to explain to worker.
• Follow up labor safety principles and prophylactic measure
• Support other assignment in the homefarm.
