Manage monitoring and pests control on plants.
Agriculture techniques:
1. Knowledgeable in the use of fungicides and insecticides, thus effectively managing the field but not increasing the resistance of pests and diseases
2. Knowledgeable about seed pathogens from which to build and manage appropriate prophylactic measures
3. Visit field daily, detect risk of pests, give action timely remedial measures to not affect crop yield
4. Training and instructing spraying workers to ensure the right 4 principle in plant protection and safety
5. The assessment and reocord of status of pests, diseases on plant in the crop diary
6. Apart from pesticides, need to take simultaneous measures for integrated pest management (IPM), such as weed management, crop residues, pruning leaves ... to have the best effect against pests
7. Interact with direct supervisors and colleagues to solve work; ensuring work progress of the entire homefarm.
8. Support other assignment in the homefarm.

Graduated from College/University of agriculture, biology, biotechnology, chemistry..
Fluent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Can read/listen/speak basic English.
Experience: Experienced at vegetable and flower farms is an advantage
