GENERAL MANAGEMENT - GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Job description

We are looking for a Deputy CEO to lead our company's global operational and strategics efforts  as well as organizational projects and an ongoing ERP Implementation.

As a Deputy CEO you will be managing Dutch sites of Hazera, member of professional forums and representing Hazera when dealing with local or International authorities in the Netherlands.
With the CEO and the leadership team, you will contribute to build the strategy of Hazera as well as the strategy of the Vegtetable Seed Division of group Limagrain.

Skills: what we expect of you

· Executive experience in all aspects within a global complex Agricultural oriented business (Seed industry is an advantage). 

· Proven experience in reaching quantitative and qualitative targets  

· Based in the Netherlands, willingness to travel 50% across the world

· Fluent in English, additional language desired
