SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - FINANCE
Main Goal
As a team member of the Hungarian Finance Team supports the company to achieve its goals and the business efficiency with providing all reports for day to day activity directly reporting to the Finance Manager.
Job description
• Manage preparation of forecast and annual budget for all departments in Hungary (Commercial, R&D, DPM, Logistics, Seed production, Factory planning, Quality) in coordination with the Finance Manager • Manage monthly controlling reports in BFC system • Regular monitoring of operational expenses on cost center bases • Support the work flow for the Business activity in different process (RIOS, Hyperion) • Royalty reports • Responsible for the stock reports, costing run, stock movements analyses, material price analysis on monthly basis • Responsible for CAPEX projects and depreciation • Comply with financial policies and regulations • Prepare account review and propose required journal entries • Support that local ledgers comply with local law • Provide date for tax declarations and local tax filing requirements (VAT, Corporate Tax) • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedure • Support cooperation with several divisions internally and tax advisors, lawyers, banks, insurance companies externally • Support the outsourced services provider on tax audit Post GL transactions and uploads and reconcile account balances • Support the SAP knowledge transfer in Finance
Skills: what we expect of you
TYPICAL EDUCATION • University degree in finance or in Economy EXPERTISE • Excel, SAP, BI, BFC knowledge • VBA knowledge is an advantage • 3+ years of working experience in Finance and Accounting within an international company • Pro-active mindset, strong problem solving and analytical skills • Ability to work in a multinational environment and matrix organization • Chartered accountant and knowledge of „IFRS” are an advantage • Taxation knowledge is an advantage • Fluent in English
