Function

SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - HR

Main Goal

Reporting to the General Manager of the subsidiary, you will be supporting the HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) for EMEA subsidiaries, in implementing HR policies, processes and tools within the Italian HM.CLAUSE subsidiary and you ensure the administration activities of local personnel.

Job description

Your main missions are : 

  • Participating in HR processes : recruitment, training, annual appraisal, merit review, people review... to support the development of the subisidiary according to the strategic roadmap and analyze of local needs.
  • Implementing and giving guidance on HR policies and tools : support managers and local teams on the understanding and proper use of HR policies and tools with attention to continuous improvement 
  • Providing daily support to local team : be available to meet employees, understand the needs, concerns and offer appropriate solutions in the best timing ; stay connected to remote teams ; support managers on HR topics and give guidance to employees ; provide onboarding plan for new team member.

  • Ensuring responsibility on the personnel administration activities : data administration for payroll ; ensure close collaboration with financial depatment to coordinate actions with financial impacts (salary review, bonus...) ; manage legal topics with support of our labor consultant ; 

  • Managing activitives on Health and Safety and Company Social Responsibility : on close collaboration with the global H&S department and with support of the RSPP (Head of the Prevention and Protection Service)
  • Supporting internal communication actions : communicate with managers providing context and explanations ; ensure translations to Italian when needed ; be proactive and participate to corporate events and convey the message.

You are the local HR representative supporting the team development as a coach.  You have a strategic role to play in creating the link and communication between local needs and global HR strategy.

Profile

You would be an intesting candidate for us if :

  • You hold a Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources and you have a broad knowledge of human resources issues and a good knowledge of Italian labor law.
  • You have 5 years experience in a similar position within an international environment
  • You have strong organizational skills and like to have autonomy in your job. You are customer oriented and put a  strong focus on confidentiality. You are a team player and a good facilitator. You have ability to listen and analyze the needs of the people you are working with. You know very well how to manage priorities. 
  • You are proficient on softwares such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and have good ability to learn and use new IT tools and technologies.
  • Italian is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English, written and spoken. If in additional to all that, you also have a good French level, then you might be the person we are wishing to onboard in our international company !
