Main Goal

Aim of the role:

Under the supervision of the Country HR Manager, the HR Generalist leads and coordinate various initiatives related to human resources to achieve the commercial and budgetary objectives of the target population ( ca 50 PERM HC) in accordance with the HR strategy and policies of the group and the BU.

The Generalist is responsible for:
• Define and support the implementation of the necessary HR actions in conjunction with the managers within its scope.
• Advise and support the managers with whom he/she works on all aspects of development of their organization, improvement or optimization of projects as well as the management of all individual situations.

Job description

As the Generalist for all HR activity in Hungary:
• Provided an advisory service to employees and managers for HR policies and programs
• Coordinate the labor law related actions undertaken in terms of human resources
• Manage the monthly payroll closing with the payroll provider
• Onboarding/Offboarding: preparation of arrivals and departures, occasional participation in the animation of reception sessions, contribution to the implementation of dedicated processes
• Support for the execution of employee engagement / internal communication actions
• Contributes to providing accurate information on headcounts and human costs through the use of internal monitoring processes (recruitment authorization requests) and the provision of accurate and timely information in payroll.
• Produces and transmits the monthly HR reports within the deadlines to the BU and Country HR manager
• Participate in social data surveys; keep records
• Support to organize internal and external event( employee event, job fair)

As the Generalist for the targeted population:
• Ensures the implementation of the directives and policies of the Limagrain Europe BU on its scope in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and the company's internal Code of Conduct
• Support managers in the areas of people management, leadership development, organizational design, labor regulations and corporate social responsibility
• Supports managers in recruiting new employees for all levels (including managers) according to defined staffing plans, via a fast and efficient process, in compliance with Limagrain standards.
• Support the preparation of HR budget and monitor the cost
• Ensures that Limagrain Europe's key HR development processes (annual appraisal, job description, career management, leadership development, etc.) are properly implemented within its scope:
-Performance and skills assessment: annual interview, people review
-Manages the people review process for its population
- Uses all the feedback from these different processes to enable the implementation of appropriate action plans (development, training, etc.)
• Performance management tools: setting objectives and cascading with team members
• Analyzes skills development needs and implements training actions accordingly, with the support of country HR manager
• Contributes to salary surveys, helps to prepare and conduct salary review with BU specialists and country HR for its populations
• Extract and analyze the various HR indicators to provide support for decision-making in terms of recruitment, remuneration and development of people within its scope
• Support the deployment of safety program, specially of LISA and CSR program.

Profile

TYPICAL EDUCATION
• Master or Bachelor degree , preferred in HR or Economics
• More than 3 year HR Generalist experience in matrix organisation
• Advanced in English
