Main Goal

HM.CLAUSE, a Company belonging to the LIMAGRAIN Group (employs more than 10,000 employees worldwide), is specialized in research, production and sales of vegetable seeds to professionals. HM.CLAUSE employs around 3000 professionals in over 30 countries and achieves a continuous growing turnover. The subsidiary HM.CLAUSE Tohumculuk based in Antalya, Turkey is currently seeking for an Human Resources Coordinator (maternity leave replacement – 8 months) to start from 3rd of October 2022.

Job summary:

In order to participate in the steering of the management of the HR policy of HM.CLAUSE subsidiary in Turkey, your main missions will be the following:

  • Participate in the coordination of Human Resources at the subsidiary in collaboration with the Human Resources Business Partner for EMEA subsidiaries based in France and the General Manager of the subsidiary.
  • Implement HR policy practices of HM.CLAUSE in the subsidiary in terms of employment, training, compensation & benefits, safety & security,…
  • Be the local link between the subsidiary’s employees and the Human Resources Business Partner for EMEA subsidiaries for various human resources issues.
  • Contribute to transversal projects.
  • Use HRIS tools to provide information accurately and on time.
  • Ensure personnel administration activities.

Profile

• Qualifications: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources or other related fields. Class B driving license.
Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in similar position. Experience in an international environment will be appreciated.
Technical Skills: Native Turkish, fluent or native in written and spoken English, Intermediate French level will be appreciated but it is not mandatory. Perfect command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to learn and use new and unfamiliar software and technology.
Other skills: You are rigorous, organized, reactive and multi-skilled. You respect procedures and you have a great sense of confidentiality. In addition, you have developed interpersonal skills such as: team spirit, good relationship with others, sense of compromise and customer service. Ability to be autonomous and adaptable will help you to succeed in this role.
Localization: Position is located at the main office in Antalya and regular visits to its R&D station in Antalya is required. Travels in Turkey and abroad can be required.
