Main Goal
Limagrain Group has strong ambitions for its Field Seeds business line and specially in the territory of Brazil which represent an important growth vector.
Brazil is one of the 8 Business and Supply Areas (BSA) of Limagrain Field Seeds organization, part of LFS Territory Americas.
The Head of BSA Brazil will be a critical part of the Limagrain Group Top Executive Team to support & accelerate growth initiatives in the Region.
In a context of fast pace of growth, Member of the Limagrain Field Seeds Executive Committee (LFSEC), you will be reporting to the CEO of Limagrain Field Seeds (LFS) in Americas and will closely collaborating to drive organizational vision, operational excellence, delivery of Ambition 2030 strategy and to refine management practices that enable high performing and effective teams.
Job description
The key responsibilities will involve fully overseeing and managing Brazilian activities and operations. This scope includes commercial operations, seed production, supply chain, and support function teams dedicated to BSA.
The Head of BSA Brazil also ensures an efficient and active interface with the Research lead and teams.

Skills: what we expect of you
You have an extensive and proven experience (+15 years) in various leadership roles preferably in Agribusiness/Seeds segment in Brazil.
Strong track record in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision, you are used to working collaboratively in a transversal and matrix organization.
Working experience in Brazil and in business management are a must.
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, general management best practices and performance management principles.
Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
Portuguese & English fluent – other language is a plus.
