Main Goal

The LFS Research HR Head is responsible to recruit, assess and develop the LFS research management community across BUs, legal entities, and Joint Ventures.

The LFS Research HR head under the responsibility of LFS Research head proposes action plans to ensure people development alignment with the overall LFS Research strategy.

As such the Head of HR is advising and supporting the LFS Research Management team with organizational development needs and change management preparing the organization for the future.

You contribute to deploying the HR Group Ambition.

Job description

The main missions are as follow : 

1) Acts as a true HR advisor and leader for the LFS Research organization:
- Ensures regular meetings with research management to better understand the research strategy and aspirations and propose relevant HR actions.
- Actively participates to the definition of the LFS Research organization.

2) Act as the HR Business Partner for the Global LFS Research organization, driving all key HR processes
- Leads recruitment of LFS Research managers and monitors the staffing plan 
- Leads the people review process. 
- Designs and compiles people related KPIs to support HR decision making process.
- Assesses and prioritizes development plan, needs, and makes sure the actions plan needs are integrated at BU and LFS Research level or group level. 

3) Acts as a true HR advisor for LFS Joint Ventures and partnerships

4) Coaches and supports the LFS Research management team in all change management actions

5) Ensures and facilitates global interactions within the Limagrain HR organization

6) Leads the internal communication and contributes to the animation for LFS Research teams

7) People management and HR mentoring
- Directly manages the HR business partner for the Breeding organization in France and coordinates with other HR heads across Europe.
- Directly manages the HR business partner for the Trait & Technology organization.

8) Contributes to Limagrain Group HR projects

Profile

Graduated from a MSc in HR, Business School, or relative discipline you have a seasoned experience as HR partner for International Research functions, a solid organizational development, change management and project management experience with proven results. You have a true interest in understanding research and overall business context and how to translate objectives into HR action.

You have a track experience in people review and succession planning.

You have worked for several years as a trusted HR advisor for senior management within an international setting. You thrive in a complex global organization and work effectively in a matrix environment.

You are recognized as an open person who can easily engage with others in a direct, friendly, and honest manner. You are customer oriented and able to deal with multiple and diversified topics in an autonomous way.

You are recognized for your rigor, ability to structure projects and propose and promote HR actions.

English fluently. French speaking is welcome.
