The primary responsibility for this role is to develop and lead the LVS R&D finance process in interactions with the LVS Business Units (BU) and Research teams.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer LVS your main task will be to :

· Streamline budgeting process, tracking, and invoicing

· Manage and track the key metrics related to the budget & finance

· Built & follow-up the implementation of all finance process required & compliant with all regulations.

When you join us, your responsibilities will be:

· In the first place, over a 12 to 24-months period, you’ll be able to quickly create a new and simplified R&D financing approach to integrate Trait & Technology activities from the 3 R&D LVS BU and Corporate LVS R&D.

· In the second stage, you will establish a sustainable and efficient LVS R&D finance support including decision making tools & software to consolidate financial data and KPIs. You’ll be building and follow up the implementation of all finance process required and compliant with regulations (internal and international).

In addition to your main mission, you will be required to:

- Provide monthly reports:

o Create and maintain LVS R&D dashboards and benchmarks for key success metrics

o Produce operational reports on OPEX and Capex to cost centers manager worldwide to help them to stock to budget envelop

o Produce monthly executive summaries of financials to Head of LVS R&D and LVS EC.

- You will also be asked to act as Business Partner and support R&D team on financial topics such as:

o Research subsidies follow-up

o Research tax credit

o Transfer price between BU for research services (compliance and international regulations)

o Calculation of return on investments (Capex ROI).

You have a Master's degree in finance, Accounting or related field and at least 10 years' experience in a similar position (or a Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience).

We are looking forward to:

· Understanding of the business constrains and working knowledge in finance, fiscality and plant science will be a plus ;

· Ability to develop and manage resources including budget and invoicing ;

· Accountable for budget & invoicing process for the LVS team, for tax credit management and for ensuring we are compliant with international fiscal regulation, tax transfer, and with Limagrain finance regulation ;

· You have the ability to develop KPI, constantly assess and improve processes and tools, ability to introduce new ideas and develop proposals for new improvements in budget/invoicing models ;

· You have already managed, led and coached international teams or global workgroup in the domain, with potentially cross domains regional administrative responsibilities ;

· You have a strong ability to develop teams taking into account cultural differences, to set challenging goals ensuring feedback and addressing performance problems promptly.
