We are looking for a full-time Phytopathology lab technician position in our Antalya research station (Turkey):


Job description

Your main mission is to perform application Phytopathology tests and participate in the development test activity and diagnostics.


·       Perform pathology resistance tests on Cucumber and in collaboration with the Pathology Research Manager: preparation of culture media, inoculum, inoculation and reading of tests, cultural monitoring of tests

·       Responsible for the maintenance and management of the collection of Pathogens strains

·       Communicate and discuss the results with the pathology project leader

·       Interact with the operation team

·       Insure the traceability of methods and results



• 2-4 years in university: vegetal biology with knowledge in Phytopathology
• Practice in lab applied to Phytopathology
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Database…)
• English at intermediate level will be plus
• Team spirit
• Capacity to plan
• Reactivity, experimental rigor and curiosity
• Manual quality
• Autonomy
