• Support team crop, nursery, pollen, SS in their continuous improvement projects
• Responsible for the field pathology assessment and development of risk management and prophylactic measures for the production department
• Manage all administrative work of the production department at Dalat home-farm
• Interact with supervisor, home-farm manager to collect information about monthly crop reports
• Set up crop reports for each customer, send reports to them on time, and exchange information with supervisor/manager to accurately and promptly respond to customer questions if any
• Keep in close contact with the import and export team to ensure the import of the stockseed as well as the export of seed after production.
• Other assigned tasks in the production department
• Proficient in Excel, Work, Powerpoint
• Must be proficient in both oral and written English (IELTS from 6.5)
• Ability to work independently, plan, implement, and solve problems
