-Organize and plan activities of agents / employees in the area
-Support the sales network in customer meetings and coaching activities
-Being a commercial, marketing and technical point of reference
-Participate in regular area meeting and at the headquarter
-Maintain post sales by providing commercial and technical support to customers and agents in the area
-Collaborate with the sales/marketing staff to make price-list and promotional material
-Provide period processing of the area sales forecasts

-Organizzare e pianificare le attività degli agenti/dipendenti sul territorio
-Supporto alla rete vendita negli incontri con i clienti e nelle attività di coaching
-Essere un punto di riferimento commerciale, marketing e tecnico
-Partecipare a regolari riunioni di area e presso la sede centrale
-Mantenere il post vendita fornendo supporto commerciale e tecnico a clienti e agenti sul territorio
-Collaborare con il personale di vendita/marketing per la realizzazione di listini prezzi e materiale promozionale
-Fornire l'elaborazione del periodo delle previsioni di vendita dell'area

Profile

Education:  High School Diploma or Degree in agricultural sciences

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience for the required role
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Negotiating skills
• Planning  and programming skills
• Knowledge of English

Istruzione: Diploma o Laurea in scienze agrarie

Requisiti:
